I can't believe it is almost February - I have been learning alot on my new machine Alice as shown above and making a quilt for that someone special - here is a little glimpse of what is happening....stay tuned for more squares!! Happy quilting....

Wow how time flies - alot has been happening here at our little grey brick house - getting to know my sewing machine Alice - she is wonderful and soon I will show you the makings of a beautiful quilt for someone very specia1!

Well guess what arrived at the little grey brick house today - that's right my new "Janome" I think we will call her Alice after my mom seeing as she is the one who started me on this quest for the perfect quilt!!  I have been sewing for many years now but not to the extent that I want to - so now is the time and hopefully I will post some pics of what I have created soon - have a great week!

Back to work today after being off for a couple of weeks - bought a new sewing machine "Janome" my first one of that brand, hopefully I will be able to master all that it has to offer and show some of the results in the near future - wish me luck!
